A very intersting trip made even more interesting by the skipper who answered all our questions about barges and sailing them
Not great weather at Maldon
There was a wedding reception on one of the barges
Two other barges followed us out
We headed for open water.....
....past the entrance to the Chelmer and Blackwater canal.....
.....then hoisted the sails
Sailing back in to Maldon
wew passed a TID tug in need of some TLC
The wedding party got back before us
